For Embroidered Logo Bandanas: when you choose a thread color and bandana color combination, be sure that you are choosing a combination that will allow the threads to show up against the background color. See the examples throughout the website for ideas or contact us if you have questions. We will make what is indicated by your order, and because they are custom ordered, you need to be sure of your selection before ordering. We will not refund your payment due to your dissatisfaction with your selection of colors or combinations.
For Custom Promotional Heat Trans Imprinted Logo Bandanas:
The custom promotional heat transfer imprinted logo bandanas are priced for promomotional use. These are not screen printed logos. We use the state of the art in heat transfer materials and techniques. These are good quality imprints. However, they are not of the same supreme appearance as the embroidered logos, which are priced higher. The promotional logo bandanas are designed to give good quality at a low promotional product price. All sales are final, and we will not refund or exchange on promotional product orders.
The Red, Navy Blue, and Black bandanas have a “clear center” without paisleys. The other colors have rows of paisleys on them. If you order a bandana color with paisleys in the center, we will do our best to position the embroidery for optimal clarity. Part of our specialty is optimizing the embroidery on the printed fabric in a way that looks great. Remember, though, that these are bandanas, and some paisleys may touch or underlay your embroidery. That’s part of the style of BandanaGrams™ If you want to ensure that no paisleys touch the embroidery area, you should choose one the 3 colored bandanas that have a “clear center.” Look at the examples throughout our website to see how the various colored BandanaGrams™ are embroidered in relation to the paisleys.
Note: Actual bandana colors may vary from the pictures shown on the website due to dye-lot variations and the effects of flash photography and web-optimizing photos. Pictures shown are approximations of bandana color.
The production time and shipping time for your order will be based upon the shipping option you select at the checkout or printed on your custom order. Call us if you have special timing needs. We can usually accommodate special circumstances and special rush requests.
Full payment must be received by us prior to our digitizing or preparing your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept checks, except some institutional customer checks. If you have a large order and a special payment method needed, please contact us to discuss your request.
Digitizing is the skill of making a set of stitch data for the computerized embroidery machine to apply in stitiching your image. Skill, experience, and sophisticated specialized computer software is needed for this time-consuming and detailed process. Each stitch (designs are thousands of stitches) must be recorded by the computer. Digitizing Fees for the Completely Custom BandanaGrams™ must be paid prior to the digitizing work commencing. The digitized computer data remains the property of American Gift & Embroidery, L.L.C. You will not pay a digitizing fee for re-orders on your identical image. However, we will not provide the digitized data to you.
Because we are a custom order company, we will be making your BandanaGram especially for you, and all orders are inspected for quality assurance, refunds will not be provided. Additionally, exchanges will not be provided. These are Custom Orders and therefore they are final sales. Order carefully and we are sure you will be happy with your BandanaGrams.™ You want to purchase an advance sample, make that request. We do not routinely provide advance samples, but a customer may purchase an advance sample in many (although not all) custom order situations, if the customer so requests.
By ordering a BandanaGram™ through the internet or by telephone, you are agreeing to these policies as terms and conditions of the sale.
We reserve the right to post your finished product with logo or image on our website as an example of our work. If you do not want your logo posted as an example, please notify us in writing, and we will honor your request.
